Why We Focus on Budget Reviews
Back in early 2022, we were consulting for a mid-sized manufacturing company in Taichung. Their quarterly budget review took seventeen days and involved forty-three separate spreadsheets. By the time they finished analyzing Q1, they were already halfway through Q2.
That experience stuck with us. Not because it was unusual — but because it was painfully typical. Most businesses treat budget reviews as a necessary evil rather than a strategic opportunity.
We launched docdrivehub in late 2023 with a simple goal: help businesses complete meaningful budget reviews in days, not weeks. And actually use those insights to make better decisions.
